Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointments are very important and are reserved exclusively for you. As a self-employed cosmetologist, I rely on scheduled appointments to support my business and family. When an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, it prevents me from accommodating other clients and results in lost income. Cancellation Notice I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service booked. This amount must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule for other clients. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. If you arrive too late to perform the service, it will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Card on File A valid card may be required to secure your appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
